Who looks after your data

King Aviation LTDA (CNPJ 61.249.937/0001-90), the operator of Coordenei, is the controller of the data on this waitlist. You can reach us at contato@kingaviation.com.br.

What we keep

Your email, the language of the page, the date you signed up and, if you leave, the date you left.

If you tick that you run a company and want to advertise as a Founder: that choice and, if provided, the company name and the airport (ICAO code).

Where the visit came from, when the link carries campaign parameters (UTM).

To protect the form from bots, your IP address is used, encrypted, only to limit the number of submissions. It is not linked to your email and is deleted automatically.

What we use it for

To tell you about the launch of Coordenei and, if you ticked Founder, to send you the terms for Founder advertisers. We send nothing else, and we never sell or share the list. The legal basis is your consent (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, I).

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the waitlist work, under contract: the server that hosts the site, the database (Supabase, in the United States) and email delivery (Resend, in the United States).

How long we keep it

For as long as the waitlist exists. If you leave, your email is marked as “left”, only so that we never send you anything again.

Your rights

You can leave the list at any time through the link in every email. To see, correct or delete your data, write to contato@kingaviation.com.br.
